Aspiring School Leaders Convention 2020
As the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution is felt in schools, school leaders will require new skill sets as they endeavor to prepare students for jobs that do not exist yet. The ICP is aware of possible uncertainties that could arise from this scenario.
It is, however, also exciting times for educators, who aspire to become school leaders. To assist you on your journey, the International Confederation of Principals (ICP) would like to invite you to join aspiring school leaders from across the world at the ICP’s Aspiring School Leaders convention in Cape Town, where the theme ‘Next Leaders, New Future’ will be explored.
At this convention, education experts and practicing school principals will invest in your professional growth by sharing their wisdom and experience. They will be able to guide you in the ‘right direction’, as you negotiate some new and exciting ongoing changes in education, as the decade unfolds.
This convention will also grant you opportunities to connect with aspiring leaders from many different countries. The group discussions will allow you opportunities to learn from other aspiring leaders, to find ways to collaborate with them and establish an international support system for your journey into educational leadership, which in turn, will have a positive impact on the education systems of the world.
