You can set aside time with a consultant (free of charge) to help you set up your Wedding Registry list. You will be treated to personalized service in our trendy Wedding Registry Lounge at our Sea Point store in The Point Mall, to assist making this process a pleasure.
If you are not able to visit us in store, we are still able to assist. You will be able to set up your list online – and if this proves overwhelming, we are there to help with the process – just a call or email away! Family and friends from across the world are able to purchase gifts online or at either of our stores, where we give them an option to leave the gift/s with us or take them along to deliver in person. Gifts that are left with us or bought online are individually gift wrapped, with a note card attached. We will then deliver your bulk gifts on a date chosen by you.
Your gift registry should be the least of your worries, so BANKS aims to try make this a “stress free” experience. We will notify you if there are any problems with products selected on your gift registry. In addition to this, should you receive any gifts bought at us that you do not require, we will swap them for you, allowing you to select the products you really want and need.
