“OuKraal” wedding and function venue
“OuKraal” is our sandstone wedding venue that can accommodate up to 300 guests on long or square tables. Soft drapes, fairy lights and chandeliers add a classic charm to this 86 year old wool shed.
Here is peace, tranquillity and quietness, a presence of how great our Creator is.
This little haven is 25km from the small town of Lady Grey, in a valley on the Karnemelkspruit. There is a 5km gravel road and as it is a farm road high clearance vehicle is recommended but not a must.
The venue is on two levels with the lower level used for pre-drinks and should weather not permit for the ceremony, as well as the Friday evening get-together and where we serve breakfast and dinner.
